Our product is craft beer, that is unpasteurized and unfiltered beer. By careful selection of ingredients and well studied recipes we try to get a very high quality product.  

All our beers are bottle conditioned: before bottling, a small and precise quantity of sugar is added, so that it can be fermented by the yeast still suspended in the beer. This fermentation in the bottle produced the CO2 that conditions (makes it "sparkling") the beer in a natural way.
